Oloolua Nature Trail

Oloolua Nature Trail is a forest reserve and a primate research institute that is situated in the heart of Karen, near the junction of Bogani road and Karen road. If you are coming from the Nairobi CBD using public means, you will board a City Hoppa bus, number 24, near the Kencom stage. The place is about 600 metres from the main road.

The visiting hours are from 9 am to 6pm on weekdays and over the weekends. There is a fee of kshs. 200 that one pays at the gate for adults who are locals and kshs. 400 for residents.

The place is ideal for jogging, biking, walking dogs, picnicking and even camping.
